the Congo Project

Our friends, Jason & Rachael Thompson have let the rape crisis in Rwanda get personal. On Derry's trip to Africa, he met women who were raped by rebel soldiers and then left by their husbands; many of them pregnant from those rapes. (for more info, here)

Jason & Rachael heard Derry's story and allowed it to get personal, very personal. They have decided to partner with Caleb Bislow to help raise $10K for these women to buy a permanent building for the Jehovah Jireh ministry in Rwanda. This Ministry reaches out to women who have been attacked by rebel soldiers. To read full story, click here for Caleb's blog and here for Jason's blog
