Crazy Story

So, yesterday I was leaving Meijer and as I was leaving, an 18-20 year old male walked out of the other door. Next thing I know three people ran out of the door after him. 2 Meijer employees and a woman dressed like me (shorts, t-shirt and ponytail). They stopped him and the next thing I noticed was the woman flashed a badge that read "FBI". They said something to him, he turn and was escorted back inside. The poor guy had a confused look on his face.

Questions that went through my mind:
1. What did he do?
2. Did I really just see that?
3. Was that really an FBI badge?
4. What is the FBI doing at Meijer in Goshen?
5. Why was the woman "undercover"?
6. What just happened?

I love it when she hugs me, I love it when she gives me kisses, I love it when she bounces, I love it when she talks to Pooh Bear in her crib, I love it when she talks so loud you can barely hear anything else.


All this to say, I LOVE KATYLYNN!
She is a wonderful gift that I am extremely thankful for!!

Grass

Today was my first time on the grass.
I'm not quite sure what I think about it.
Despite my expression, I think I like it.

I'm Joining the Team!

Today was my first official bike ride. Even though it was only 4 miles, it was still fun. I did get a little scared when my mom went over bumps. I simply put my hands way out to my sides and gave her a freaked out face!!

Overall, I think I liked it! I think I will learn to love it as I get older!

It's Biking Time!

I love spring for various reasons.
One of them: BIKING STARTS!!

Today, Kellie and I went for a ride. A start toward our century (100 miles in a day).
Today we rode 16 miles! YAY!

This difference about this year...I have a road bike! It is awesome!
Brad and Kellie fixed up one of their old ones and gave it to me.
They are so cool!

Me & My Dog

So, this is my second post. I wanted to introduce you to my dog Barnabas. He's pretty neat. Sometimes he forgets I'm in the room and he sits on my head. Not sure why he does this, it's not a very pleasant sight or smell for that matter. But I still love him. He lets me grab his hair and lay against him. I'm looking forward to more fun times with him. Check out some pics of the two of us.

This is my first official post.

I wanted to let you all know that I love to talk.
When Daddy throws me up in the air, I laugh.
When Mommy makes funny noises at me, I make them back.

I squeal, I laugh, I talk. Life is fun! I love to live it!

It's Official!

Yesterday Derry, Katylynn and I left Ludington, Michigan and headed down to Fort Wayne for the finalization of Katylynn's Adoption.

What? I thought she was already adopted? According to state laws, the couple adopting the child will get to care for the child but it isn't official for a few months. During that time, we were visited by the adoption agency to make sure we were suitable parents.

Well, I guess we are, because yesterday Katylynn officially became ours. She is legally known as Katylynn Ivy Prenkert.
