I talked with Derry this am. Everything is going great. He said he had the opportunity to talk with the people in the Northeast (the most persecuted part of India). Derry said it was pretty powerful. They prayed over Derry and I'm sure he will clue you in more at a later date.

Derry also said that he had the opportunity to speak to the ladies at the camp. Last time we were there I told them my testimony. So, Christy Engbrecht had Derry come over and let them know about the update of Katylynn. Derry said he heard a couple of women yell with excitement.

I don't want to spoil everything, so I will leave it at that. Derry has one more full day at camp and one last session on Sunday morning (Saturday night). They will then travel back to Calcutta, eat supper and fly home. They should get back to Detroit by around 2pm.

Report From India

Derry called yesterday. He said the camp is going well. The fun thing is when he was talking to me, two of the girls I really connected with last October were walking down the path. So he called them over and I was able to talk with them.

It was really fun. One of the girls last year did not know English. Now, she understands it and can speak it pretty well.

Derry said he is feeling well. Since I talked with those girls, I didn't get to talk to him as much. He said he would call me tomorrow.

Yesterday, Katylynn's cousin Syndey came over for the day with her mom. I needed to take Katylynn's 2 month pics and Jeanie needed to take Sydney's 18 mo pics, so we decided to take a few pics. Below are my favorites of Katylynn.

A few years ago Derry and I bought a Toyota Camry. Man those things are amazing. As of yesterday, we reached 200,000 miles. Now that is crazy! Need Proof, see below!

Today when Katylynn & I were playing, I began to tickle her and wouldn't you know, she laughed. It was quite funny actually. It wasn't like a baby giggle, but more of a huh huh huh. Still, it was very cool!

Katylynn in her jogging stroller. She's so tiny! Check out Barnabas in the background...that's funny!

Yes, Katylynn is inside her stocking. Surprisingly, she liked it. She got stuck in it and didn't appreciate Mom trying to get her out.

The funny thing is she put her hand up after I already took her picture. Not sure what that means. Dang, she already is sick of me taking pics of her!

Not sure what to think of this pic! Too much TV? Will she have to fight Daddy for the controller? Hmmm, I wonder?
